Office consultations are scheduled and charged for a minimum of
one hour, but may last as long as two hours at your discretion.
Personalized Virginia legal ADVICE will be given, not just general "legal
information". Mr. Robinson conducts the consultation,
not an associate, assistant, paralegal, secretary or receptionist. The
consultation fee rate is $300 per hour. Topics normally covered by most office consultations include the facts of your
situation, the law, court procedure, settlement options,
possible outcomes or results based on your facts and the law, and your expected costs
under different scenarios. Depending on Mr. Robinson's schedule, your office consultation may
commence at your convenience Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM.
