Topics normally covered by most consultations include the facts of your situation, the law, court procedures, settlement options, possible court outcomes or results based on the facts and law, and your expected costs under different scenarios.  The fixed-fee phone consultations are available in time blocks of "Up to 45 minutes" and "Up to 90 minutes", but you must use the request form below and have the ability to send advance payment by credit or debit card using the third party PayPal.com service.  PayPal is used by the Robinson Law Office for security purposes. Depending on Mr. Robinson's schedule, your phone consultation may start at your convenience Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.  He is usually able to conduct the Virginia divorce or family law consultation within 72 hours of the form submission.
