    Virginia divorce and family lawyer Ronald Robinson offers pre-paid, fixed-fee phone consultations where personalized Virginia legal advice will be given for your individual situation, not just general "legal information".  Mr. Robinson conducts the phone consultation, not an associate, assistant, paralegal, secretary or receptionist. There is no obligation to hire the Robinson Law Office after the consultation and you will not be requested or expected to do so. Topics normally covered during the consultation include: the facts of your situation, the law, court procedures, settlement options, probable court outcomes or results based on the facts and law, and expected total costs under different scenarios. Depending on your availability and Mr. Robinson's schedule, the phone consultation may be held Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The steps below (submit the form, wait for the conflict of interest clearance, make your PayPal payment, set-up your consultation time, and speak with Mr. Robinson) can usually be accomplished in 48 hours or less.

 

    Length, Cost and Payment Methods:  The pre-paid, fixed-fee phone consultations are available in time blocks of "Up to 30 minutes" ($149), "Up to 60 minutes" ($269) and "Up to 90 minutes" ($389), but you must use the request form below and have the ability to send advance payment by credit or debit card using the third party PayPal.com service.  PayPal.com is used by the Robinson Law Office for security purposes (yours and ours).  The Office does NOT accept credit or debit cards directly.

 

    ACTION: To arrange for a paid phone consultation with Mr. Robinson, do the following:

 

1) Complete and electronically submit the Phone Consultation Request Form below. When the office receives your properly completed form, a conflict of interest check will be accomplished.  If there are no apparent conflicts of interest, you will receive a conflict of interest clearance notice by email (normally within a few hours) with information for scheduling the phone consultation.  IMPORTANT:  DO NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION OR DETAILS NOT SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED BY THE FORM.  SUBMISSION OF THE FORM DOES NOT CREATE A RELATIONSHIP WITH, OR IMPOSE ANY OBLIGATIONS UPON, ATTORNEY RONALD ROBINSON OR THE ROBINSON LAW OFFICE PLLC.

 

2) After receiving the conflict of interest clearance notice (by email) from Mr. Robinson, make your payment using the PayPal.com service below. Do not make your payment before you receive the clearance email.
